Animal Heroes – Helpers on Land and Sea
Special edition class with honored guests from the U.S. Navy!
In this exciting and educational class, kids will discover the amazing ways animals help people every day! We'll learn about service animals like guide dogs and therapy animals that bring comfort and support. Then we’ll dive into the world of animal heroes in the Navy—like dolphins trained to find underwater mines and sea lions that help protect our ships, we’ll even meet some real life Navy Sailors! Through fun stories and hands-on activities, students will explore the special skills that make these animals and sailors incredible helpers and real-life heroes!
